Granite Properties sells 288,920-sf Addison tower

​​ADDISON – Granite Properties has sold The Madison, a 288,920-sf office tower, to Irving-based Property Advisers Realty Inc.

Plano-based ​Granite has owned the tower at 15851 Dallas Pkwy. ​​for a decade.

"This is our sixth property we have purchased in the last four years and it’s our largest," Jerry Reis, president and CEO of Property Advisers Realty, told the Dallas Business Journal.

One of The Madison’s largest tenants—St. Louis-based Ansira Partners Inc.—is expected to leave the property next year following its acquisition of Dallas digital marketing firm SQ1.
