HOUSTON – The former Saks Fifth Ave. store in the Houston’s Galleria is being transformed into 110,000 sf of new retail and restaurant space, now called Galleria VI.
The renovation will cost $30 million, and will feature two floors of luxury retail, including 35 luxury retailers—several of whom are new to Houston.
Most of the new shops are opening in second quarter 2017.
Below is a sample of what’s coming.
- Loro Piana, a high-end textile shop;
- Ted Baker, a high-end British clothing shop opening in June 2017;
- Massimo Dutti, a high-end Spanish clothing shop;
- Cuadra, a high-end Mexican shoe store;
- St. John, a high-fashion clothing store;
- Kate Spade;
- Cole Haan;
- Soap Secret
