First plot in Frisco Park 25 sold

​FRISCO – Locally based Skinny IT has​​​​ purchased the first plot within Frisco Park 25, a planned 216-acre industrial park at Rockhill Pkwy. and Preston Rd.  ​

The Frisco Economic Development Corp. (FEDC​) board of directors approved the purchase unanimously during its Dec. 14 meeting.

Skinny IT, currently located at 10570 John W. Elliott Dr., purchased nearly nine acres at Site E of the industrial park. It plans to build at least a 100,000-sf building that could house 150 employees.

Frisco Park 25 is owned by the FEDC.
