MISSOURI CITY – Regency Centers Corp. is building a 165,000-sf retail project in Johnson Development Corp.’s Riverstone master-planned community.
The Village at Riverstone will sit at the corner of University Blvd. and LJ Pkwy. The $30.5 million project is scheduled to break ground in first quarter 2017 and open in spring 2018.
Cincinnati-based Kroger Co. will open a 100,000-sf grocery store in the Village at Riverstone.
Baker Katz is handling leasing.
