Harmony Luxury Apartments opens first phase

​​ROWLETT – ​​Huffines Communities has opened the first phase of Harmony Luxury Apartments at 11010 Harmony Hill Ln.

Phase I has 326 one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 560 to 1,263 sf. The phase also includes a 7,000-sf clubhouse and a pool.

Huffines has broken ground on the second phase, which will add 318 units.​

The project design team includes JHP Architecture/Urban Design and Moore Design Group.
