HIDALGO COUNTY – A private investor has purchased Valley Island Palms, a 250-unit apartment property in Edinburg, and La Herencia, a 160-unit multifamily property in Mercedes.
Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a partnership, and secured the buyer.
The new owner-operator plans to complete interior and exterior improvements in the next 12 months.
