Westmount sells 13-building Braker Center portfolio

​​AUSTIN – ​​​Westmount Realty Capital has sold its 13-building office portfolio at Kramer Ln. and Metric Ave. within the Braker Center.

Originally constructed as light industrial buildings, the 546,984-sf complex has evolved into more than 90 percent office finish-out space.​

Allergan Inc., Cenpatico​, Integra Life Sciences, and Renewal by Anderse​n are current tenants. 

Eastdil Secured represented Westmount in the transaction.
