Inland buys 308 Medical City units

​​​DALLAS – Oak Brook, Ill.-based Inland Private Capital Corp. has purchased the 7900 at Park Central multifamily complex in Dallas from CBRE Global Investors.

The 323,442-sf community, delivered in 1998 just north of the Medical City Dallas Hospital, includes 308 units across 14 two-story buildings. 

Situated on seven acres at 7900 Churchill Way, the community consists of 99 one-bedroom, 151 two-bedroom, and 58 three-bedroom units averaging 1,046 sf. 

It was 95 percent occupied at the time of sale.​
