HOUSTON – A new ground up retail development called The Village at Riverstone has been announced. 
The development will cost an estimated $30.5 million, offer 165,000 sf of retail, featuring a 100,000-sf Kroger, and other best-in-class national and regional retailers.
Current plans locate the development at the corner of University Blvd. and LJ Pkwy.
Construction is scheduled to begin by first quarter 2017 (1Q2017), with a projected opening in spring 2018.
