EL PASO – After remaining near 14 percent for the trailing six years, the El Paso industrial market saw a significant decrease in the vacancy rate during 2014 of 190 basis points.

According to the CBRE Marketflash, as the active market reduces its competitive available space, asking rates are increasing.

The overall average asking lease rate grew by 4.7 percent in 2014, which was also a six-year high.
