​ARLINGTON – ​​​Johnson Development Corp. is opening sites for 138 more homes plus new parks in its Viridian project.

The Trinity Park neighborhood will include more than a dozen model homes and four new parks, including two waterfront parks. Sales in the new neighborhood will start next spring. ​

Highland Homes and Grandier Homes will join the existing builders, including CB JENI Homes, CastleRock Communities, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, Normand Homes, Plantation Homes, Windmiller Homes, Glendarroch Homes, Struhs Builders, and Village Homes.

Located between SH 360 and Collins Blvd., the 2,000-acre Viridian community has been under development since 2008. Homes start at over $200,000.
