464 Longhorn beds coming to Austin

​AUSTIN – Aspen Heights Partners and Grand China Fund are developing Aspen West Campus, a 166-unit, 464-bed student high-rise at 1909 Rio Grande St.

​​Construction started on the 17-story property in September with completion slated for fall 2018.​

Units will range from efficiencies to five-bedroom floor plans.

The building, which overlooks the University of Texas campus, is Grand China Fund’s first venture into student housing.
