BUDA – Heaven Hill Brands, doing business as Deep Eddy Vodka, has purchased a 194,574-sf facility at 150 Precision Dr.
The facility is the second location of Austin-based Deep Eddy Vodka, which was recognized as the fastest-growing spirits brand in the country, according to IRI.
REOC Austin represented the buyer. CBRE represented the seller, Lone Star CCC LP.
