FORT WORTH – A Dallas-based LLC has purchased two multifamily properties—the 104-unit Villas Del Sol and the 118-unit Wedgewood Apartments.
Villas Del Sol was constructed in 1979 at 6100 West Creek Dr. Wedgewood Apartments was built in 1969 at 2819 Walton Ave.
The Silva Multifamily Team of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a local private investment group, and procured the buyer.
