​​​​​​​​SAN ANTONIO – The median price of existing single-family homes decreased to $186,750, down 1.7 percent compared to October 2016, according to the San Antonio Board of Realtors.

Existing single-family home sales decreased 15.7 percent from October 2016 for a November 2016 total of 1,664 sold units.

Condos increased in price to $139,950 up 33.3 percent compared to October 2016.

Existing condo sales decreased 27.9 percent in November 2016 over October 2016 for a total of 44 sold units.
