AUSTIN – Clarus MarketMetrics released data from The Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR) November 2016 home sales data.

Quick facts include:
The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $283,000 up 4.8 percent vs October 2016.
Existing single-family home sales decreased 12.8 percent from October 2016 for a November 2016 total of 1,790 sold units.
Condos decreased in price to $235,000 down 4.1 percent vs October 2016.
Existing condo sales decreased 4.0 percent in November 2016 over October 16 for a total of 193 sold units.
