TYLER – The median price of existing single-family homes decreased to $153,000 down 5.0 percent compared to October 2016, according to Greater Tyler Associaton of Realtors provided by ClarusMetrics.
Existing single-family home sales decreased 26.3 percent from October 2016 for a November 2016 total of 274 sold units.
Condos increased in price to $265,000 up 61.6 percent compared to October 2016.
Existing condo sales increased 100 percent in November 2016 over October 2016 for a total of two sold units.
