DALLAS – HEI Hotels & Resorts has sold the Sheraton Dallas by the Galleria to a partnership between Driftwood Hospitality Management LLC and an institutional real estate investor.
The 309-room full-service hotel is at 4801 Lyndon B. Johnson Fwy. across from the 1.7 million-sf Galleria Dallas mall.
The Sheraton Dallas by the Galleria has received over $12 million in capital improvements since 2012.
HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller.
