FRISCO – The four-story urban-style apartment community, called Station House, will be the first of a number of urban housing options coming to Frisco Station.

The 300-unit community, called Station House, will sit within the 242-acre development near the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Pkwy. with Frisco’s $5 billion mile.

With its location near the Dallas Cowboys’ world headquarters in Frisco, Station House will bring a new standard of urban living.

The community will include private courtyards with a pool area, a fitness center with yoga studio, massage room, coffee bar and wine bar, resident lounge and library, a private dining room, bike repair stations and more.

Frisco Station also will include a 15-acre park, which will be programmed for residents and visitors.
