PLANO – Construction on an office building near the busy southwest corner of Preston Rd. and SH 121 has begun.
The 80,000-sf Towne Square Place office project has an estimated construction value of $10.5 million, according to TDLR.
Designed for small tenants, the building will be divided into 34 office suites.
The office building is in one of North Texas’ fastest growth employment districts, near the new office centers for Toyota, Liberty Mutual Insurance and JPMorgan Chase.
Most of the office buildings under construction nearby are planned for medium or large tenants.
