HOUSTON – A new 120-key Hilton Homewood Suites is underway at 9450 Katy Fwy.
Devan Lodging Group LLC is developing a Hilton Homewood Suites in the Memorial City area in the hope of capitalizing on other nearby major developments.
Cost of construction only is valued at $4 million, according to TDLR.
The Hilton hotel will deliver by the end of 2017 or the beginning of 2018—around the same time that the oil and gas sector is predicted to pick up steam.
