Not your mama’s macaroni, historic factory sells

FORT WORTH – The 42,000-sf O.B Macaroni Co. building at 108 South Fwy. has been purchased.

Built in the late 19th century as a stagecoach hotel, the building subsequently was converted into a pasta factory. 

It stood as the nation’s oldest privately held pasta factory until December 2015.

“We are so thrilled to bring this historic property into its new era. Redevelopment plans are underway,” said Jessica Worman, co-president of M2G Ventures.
