Stay for the holidays; Sheraton Dallas sold

​DALLAS – Another hotel has changed hands—this one on LBJ Fwy.

The 309-room Sheraton Dallas by the Galleria was purchased by Florida-based Driftwood Hospitality Management.

The hotel is located at the intersection of LBJ Freeway and the Dallas North Tollway, near the 1.7 million-sf Galleria Dallas regional mall, which houses more than 19 million visitors annually. 

More than 11 million sf of office space is within a one-mile radius of the hotel.

Since 2012, HEI Hotels had spent over $12 million to upgrade the hotel.

The Sheraton has 13,741 sf of function space, a full-service restaurant, a 24-hour fitness center, a business center, and an outdoor pool. ​
