SAN ANTONIO – The investment market continues to surpass expectations, most recently with the sale of a 312-unit apartment complex—said to command $55 million. 
Lantower Residential has closed on the 327 Sunset apartment complex in the Alamo Heights area near the West Sunset Rd. and US Hwy. 281 intersection.
Roughly $55 million was paid for for the complex, which sits on a site a bit more than seven acres.
The property, according to the county, is valued at about $38.47 million, far below what the Dallas firm reportedly paid.
