Cedardale center develops South Dallas

​DALLAS – A new two warehouse project totaling 1.5 million sf is in the works. 

The first phase is planned at 600,000 sf and will start in 2017.

The 106-acre Cedardale industrial park near Bonnie View Rd. is south of I-20.

The two-building warehouse project would be just southwest of the JJ Lemmon Distribution Center complex which was leased to Amazon and American Textile Co.

The planned Cedardale industrial park will be twice the size of the previous buildings.

The entire project will cost more than $27 million, according to filings with the Dallas Economic Development Committee.
