HOUSTON – Houston-based ConocoPhillips Co. is relocating its Houston headquarters to Energy Center 4, an empty 597,629-sf shell office building in the Energy Corridor.

Employees will begin relocating to Energy Center 4 in mid-2018 once the building’s interior is built-out.
All of the company’s Houston-based employees will eventually either be in Energy Center 4 or Energy Center 3, a 546,000-sf tower located next door to Energy Center 4.
The move affects ConocoPhillips’ corporate headquarters at 600 North Dairy Ashford, which is 1.4 million sf and sits on 62 acres.
Once the move to Energy Center 4 is complete, ConocoPhillips’ Houston footprint will be 1.15 million sf.
