HOUSTON – Developers of The Kirby Collection, a 1 million-sf luxury mixed-use project underway at 3200 Kirby Dr., have announced the property’s office tower has topped out.
The office tower will contain 210,000 sf of space and stand at 13 stories. The development also contains 65,000 sf of retail space on two floors.
The Kirby Collection will boast a variety of luxe living options, too. Residences will include seven two-story townhomes, garden lofts, 199 apartments and several penthouses.
The development’s seven townhomes will average 1,800 sf and feature concrete floors, high ceilings and open floor plans.
The Kirby Collection is on schedule for a fourth quarter 2017 delivery.
