AUSTIN – Oracle Corp. unveiled plans to build a huge campus—a 550,750-sf, six-story office building—in Southeast Austin that focused on cloud computing technology.

Validation of the tech giant’s objectives is reflected in recent development documents, including a new address—2300 Cloud Way instead of the original 2225 S. Lakeshore Blvd. along the Riverside Dr. corridor.
Recently filed records also indicate that Oracle plans some pretty spectacular interiors—nearly $47 million in tenant improvements.
The pricey interiors are in addition to the $110 million core-and-shell office structure and a $32 million parking garage.
The office building is being constructed on 25 acres. The eight-story parking garage will include general retail on the first floor.
