ALLEN – Dallas developer Bill Cawley has unveiled a new $30 million office building within Allen's Watters Creek, which, if developed, could bring another walkable option for office space to this part of the region.

If built, the three-story, 100,000-sf building will sit within walking distance of Watters Creek in Allen."

The building is also within minutes to a large portion of the far north Dallas workforce, and it will fill the ever-expanding need for more office space options between SH 190 and SH121,” according to the Dallas News.

The office project will be one of the few speculative developments in Allen where city officials have been working to attract more business employers.
