DALLAS – A Kansas City-based bank is expanding to Dallas with a first location in Uptown.

CrossFirst Bank has rented over 26,000 sf in the new McKinney & Olive office tower on McKinney Ave.

CrossFirst Holdings is renting the entire eighth floor of the high-rise—one of the last vacant spaces in the new office project.

In May 2016, CrossFirst Bank announced plans to expand to Texas. The business and private bank has been operating out of temporary space at Trammell Crow Center in downtown Dallas.

The new McKinney & Olive office is planned to house more than 60 bankers.

With the CrossFirst Bank lease, the just-opened McKinney & Olive tower is 92 percent leased.
