DALLAS – An Italian eatery, called North Italia, will be brought to The Union Dallas near Victory Park in 2018 by restaurateur Sam Fox.
North Italia will join The Henry—another Fox Restaurant Concepts-branded restaurant—on the ground level overlooking the central plaza within the $300 million mixed-use development, which totals about 800,000 sf of office, residential and retail real estate near Uptown.
This is North Italia’s second planned location in North Texas, with Fox planning to open the concept at Legacy West in Plano.
Construction is underway on the long-awaited project, which is slated for completion in 2018.
