DALLAS-FORT WORTH – North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS) released October 2016 homes sales on November 10, 2016.
The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $215,000 up 0.0 percent from September 2016.
Existing single-family home sales decreased 14.6 percent from September 2016 for an October 2016 total of 6,861 sold units.
Condos decreased in price to $187,000 down 1.6 percent from September 2016.
Existing condo sales decreased 16.9 percent in October 2016 over September 2016 for a total of 429 sold units.
