DALLAS – The only large development site in the Lower Greenville district has been purchased by Trammell Crow Residential, and the company is moving ahead with plans for the more than eight-acre property.
Either next month or in January, Trammell Crow will begin construction on a 475-unit apartment complex, the largest project of this type to be built in the neighborhood in more than a decade.
The site at Greenville Ave. and Belmont Ave. was previously home to the 400-unit Vickery Towers retirement community.
