DALLAS – A landmark skyscraper has secured $120 million in new financing to pay for renovations and replace a previous loan.

The 42-story Cityplace Tower at North Central Expressway and Haskell Ave. plans to spend $15 million to renovate.

Built in 1988, the 1.35 million-sf office high-rise has been owned since 2013 by Florida-based Parmenter Realty Partners and Angelo, Gordon & Co.
