ADDISON - A Dallas-based energy firm is moving its headquarters to a new building on the Dallas North Tollway.

Stream Energy has leased 55,226 sf of office space for its head office in the six-story Tollway Center building at 14675 Dallas Pkwy.

Founded in 2005, Stream Energy is a retail electricity, wireless, and security firm.

Stream Realty joins Maxim Integrated and Behringer as major tenants in the new office building.

The building is now fully leased.

Cawley Partners just announced plans for a two-building office project nearby on the tollway. Occidental Petroleum has already leased half of the first 240,000-sf building in that project.
