AUSTIN – The office tower at 823 Congress has sold.
The purchase price was $63 million, or $347 per sf, according to data provided by Real Capital Analytics.
The 16-story, 181,381-sf office building was built in 1970.
823 Congress Ave. is 97 percent occupied by tenants including Texas Tribune, 7-Eleven Inc., the United State Postal Service, Texas Mortgage Bankers Association and IBM Corp.
