Brownsville retail power center changes hands

​​BROWNSVILLE – Mimco has purchased Resaca Village, a 173,667-sf retail power center at 1601 E. Price Rd.

​​Constructed on 18.3 acres in 1974 and 1994 and renovated in 2005 and 2014, Resaca Village was 96 percent occupied at the ti​​me of sale. 

The property is anchored by Big Lots​, Fallas, University of Texas at Brownsville, CSL Plasma, Harbor Freight Tools, Family Dollar, and Tuesday Morning.​
