Israeli investor enters Austin office market
AUSTIN – Azrieli Group, headquartered in Israel, has purchased Aspen Lake Two from Houston's Patrinely Group.The 128,990-sf office building, located at 13785 Research Blvd., sold for $40 million, or $310 per sf.
