SAN ANTONIO – Although the 2016 holiday shopping season has barely started, the Ingram Park Mall is already making plans to lure shoppers next year.

Simon Property Group, owner of the Ingram Park Mall, is undertaking roughly $9 million worth of renovations in an effort to modernize the 37-year-old center at 6301 NW Loop 410 on the city’s North West side.
Planned renovations include:
  • revamped entrances with canopies,
  • expanded food court,
  • additional children’s play area beneath the food court (YEAH!),
  • six seating lounges with charging stations for cell phones and other mobile devices and,
  • four food kiosks throughout the mall.
The mall will also feature upgraded carpet and tile floors, new handrails, LED lighting and an earthy color scheme when renovations are completed in fall 2017.
