DALLAS – Cawley Partners is ready to kick off construction on one of the last large building sites on the Dallas North Tollway near LBJ Fwy.
FOURTEEN555 project will include two 240,000-sf, six-story office buildings at 14555 Dallas Pkwy., on the site of the old Ewing car dealership.
The next office project includes large courtyard and a three-story "amenity building" with a restaurant, outdoor seating, a fitness center and conference facility.
A unit of Houston-based Occidental Petroleum is renting half of the first building. Cawley plans to construct the two new tollway office buildings in separate phases.
