FORT WORTH – Hillwood Properties, developer of the 18,000-acre AllianceTexas, is relocating its corporate headquarters from Dallas to Hillwood Commons I at Alliance Town Center.
Hillwood will occupy a 31,525-sf space in the Class A building, which is located within the Alliance Town Center development at 9800 Hillwood Pkwy.
The 154,000-sf, Class A office complex is located in close proximity to several retail, restaurants and residential options at Alliance Town Center, as well as the recently opened Courtyard Fort Worth at Alliance Town Center.
