DALLAS – The CBS Radio Tower at 4131 North Central Expy. has traded hands between two local investors in an off-market deal.
Westdale Real Estate purchased the 12-story, 177,075-sf office tower from Gaedeke Group.
According to the Dallas Central Appraisal District, the office building is valued at $18.5 million.
