DALLAS – Chewy Inc.—a Florida-based e commence company—has gobbled up a big chunk of warehouse space.

Chewy Inc. just leased 663,000 sf of warehouse space for its first area regional distribution center in southwest Dallas at 7243 Grady Niblo Rd.
The company that was started in 2011 sells more than 30,000 items for dogs and cats and delivers pet supplies, food and accessories to its customers’ front doors.
Dallas-Fort Worth is the second biggest warehouse leasing market in the country, behind only Chicago, according to recent reports.
Much of the increased industrial building demand has come from online retailers and consumer product sales firms.
