​​​ROCKPORT - The Swearingen Report for residential homes has been released for the 12 months ending September 2016 by Coldwell Banker The Ron Brown Company.​

The average sales price for residential homes was $280,140 for the 12 months ending September 2016, up 2.9 percent versus the same period in 2015 when it was $272,192.

Total sales of residential homes for Rockport MLS for the 12 months ending September 2016 was 427, down 5.7 percent (26 homes) versus the same period in 2015 when it was 453.​

The average Days on Market for residential homes for the 12 months ending September 2016 was 150, 8.0 percent shorter than the same period in 2015.​​
