COLLEGE STATION – The Science Park at Research Valley, an 180,000-sf office, business, and technology park on the city’s south side, is under new ownership.
Oldham Goodwin Capital LLC bought the park and surrounding 54 acres at 2501 S. Earl Rudder Fwy.
The development will be renamed Providence Park at Research Valley.
