STAFFORD – Stone Mountain Properties has purchased 12603 Southwest Freeway, a six-story, 143,211-sf office building. The seller was Griffin Partners.
The building, which was sold free and clear of debt, is on five acres at the southwest corner of I-69 and Kirkwood Rd.
It is 86.4 percent leased. Tenants include education, healthcare, manufacturing and construction, insurance, technology, and finance companies.
HFF represented the seller. LandPark Advisors represented the buyer.
