SAN ANTONIO – A joint venture of locally based Whataburger and Milam Real Estate Capital has purchased 100 and 200 Concord Plaza Dr. from CPS Energy’s pension affiliate.

The former address is a 2.7-acre empty lot, and the latter includes the 168,000-sf Concord Plaza office tower as well as a neighboring 80,000-sf retail center.

CBRE represented the CPS affiliate in the sale.
