IRVING – Locally based Pioneer Natural Resources USA Inc. is designing a $100 million, 900,000-sf regional campus.
The campus will consist of two eight-to-ten-story towers connected by a main hub. It will house the company's nearly 1,100 employees.
Design is slated for completion in spring 2017, with construction beginning by mid-2017.
Duda|Paine is the design architect on the shell and core of Pioneer's campus, with HKS Inc. being the architect-of-record. Corgan is the interior architect.
The corporate campus would help anchor a proposed $1.5 billion Hidden Ridge mixed-use development, which was recently acquired by a Chicago-based investment firm. The deal was valued at $344 million.
