Three Houston-area apartment communities trade hands

​​HOUSTON – Transwestern has arranged the sale of three multifamily properties totaling 773 units.

Umbrella Home LLC sold Park Hollow, a 172-unit community at 4343 S. Shaver St. in Houston.

Maxey Village, a 409-unit community at 666 Maxey Rd., also in Houston, was sold by Sintoro Capital LLC.

Meanwhile, in Galveston, ​Mosaic PCL LP sold the 192-unit Park at Cedar Lawn at 4400 Ave N.
