IRVING – Pioneer Natural Resources USA Inc. plans to keep its Texas heritage alive as it moves forward on designs for the new $100 million campus.
The new campus, totaling about 900,000 sf, will sit within two eight- to ten-story towers connected by a main hub in the central that will help bring the company’s nearly 1,100 employees together.
The design of the facility is slated for completion in spring 2017, with construction beginning by mid-2017.
The corporate campus would help anchor a proposed $1.5 billion Hidden Ridge mixed-use development, which was recently acquired by a Chicago-based investment firm. The deal was valued at $344 million.
The Hidden Ridge campus is expected to become a corporate magnet in Irving, much like Legacy West has been a corporate magnet in Plano.
